What forms of ordering and payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Money Order payments as well. Email shirts@FLAME314.com to place an order with a Money Order.
Can I call in or fax my order?
No, but we do accept orders via email for Money Order payment. Email shirts@FLAME314.com for further instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only accept U.S. orders.
What are the shipping methods?
All orders are shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday) and via USPS Priority Mail (2 business days).
What is your exchanges returns and refunds policy?
All sales are final. If you received the wrong item it can be sent back and it will be replaced with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. Email shirts@FLAME314.com if you received the wrong order.
